This leadership business is a myth and this myth must be seen as a myth. Whether you’re leader or not leader makes no difference, but the maturity has to come. Now, I am telling all this because I have to decided not to punish anybody in this lifetime. So that you see for yourself. Yourself, you understand. Yourself, you realize.
