I’m building a tribute guitar to my Caspian Blue Weston Pantera X390.
Sit back, grab a drink, enjoy the music and join see how a I pay tribute to my first electric guitar.
Originally the Westone Pantera X390 models where made in between 1986-87 by the Matsumoku factory in Japan.
According to Tom Presley of SLM, only 96 Pantera X390s were made.
“I do know that we made 96 of the 390 class Pantera models in various colors. There were only about 48 of the curly maple ones made world wide, and only a “few” with the Bendmaster. Most maples were made without trem and others with the Kahler.“
Allegedly only 16 Caspian Blue Pantera X390’s where ever made.
This ultra rare and amazing guitar just deserved a tribute.
