Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate Do Jundokan Lithuania :Sanchin Bunkai

Some ideas about applications of the techniques found in Sanchin Kata. These techniques, however, are also found in other Kata of Goju system (Sanseryu, Seisan, Suparinpei). Therefore it would be more correct to refer to these ideas as to the applications of the abovementioned Kata techniques, because Sanchin Kata serves another purpose - working on developing the certain principles to properly coordinate the body mechanics to execute efective technique.
