Reddit has evidence MTGA shuffles poorly

Calling a random number on a computer has been mathematically proven to be random for over 50 years. However, Magic: The Gathering Arena was designed to cater to newer, less patient players. Does this mean digital objects of Magic decks are no longer random, as Wizards of the Coast designed its previous computer program, MODO, Magic: The Gathering Online?
