Candelabrum / Sulphuric Night (Pt/BiH) - Death Slumbers Amidst the Ruins (Split 2020)

Amazing split from two entities that should need no introduction. An amazing evocative track on Candelabrum’s side, particularly reminiscent of their demo material as it is almost entirely keyboard-driven, climaxing in a deathly embrace in a section particularly reminiscent of early Black Cilice. Sulphuric Night’s side is no less spectacular, with the notorious participation of Sataere (Inthyflesh) on guest vocals and enriched by A.’s (Void Prayer, Niteris) pulsating basslines. Brilliant entrancing ceremonial riffs and great use of keyboards as well, definitely some of the best material this project has done.
