Democrats let Roe get axed, insist we need to vote Blue to protect Women’s Rights??

Can someone explain how voting Blue will protect Women’s Rights when the Democrats have a Majority in Congress and the WH and have failed to codify Roe, expand the SC, or (historically) force through Merrill Garland/remove the filibuster/over rule the Parliamentarian??? Make this sh!t make sense!
