Oliver Mandić - Ljuljaj Me Nežno (1981)

Promotional video for “Ljuljaj Me Nežno“ featured on “Beograd noću“ TV show. Oliver Mandić presented himself to the audience trough the TV show called “Beograd noću“, which was broadcast alongside the release of Mandić’s first album “Probaj Me“ in the year 1981. The show consisted of promotional videos directed by Stanko Crnobrnja. The costumes and Mandić’s outlook was created by a conceptual artist Kosta Bunuševac (the same costumes were used on the first album’s cover). Part of the public was seriously provoked by Mandić’s transvestism, but regardless of controversy, the show won the Golden Rose of Montreux award and was subsequently released on VHS, which was very uncommon for music scene of that time.
