Tula Ruins, Grutas Tolantongo, and Volcanos! Mexico City Road Trip 2023

Amelia and I went on a 1000 km road trip around Mexico City, Hidalgo, Puebla, and Morelos seeing tons of new landscapes and views that we had never before seen! Mexico City had a lot of hustle and bustle was felt so safe and inviting the whole time we were there. The food was AMAZING and the subway system was so easy to use. Mineral del Monte and Mineral del Chico were both such cute little mountain towns that were so chill and quaint. Never pass up the opportunity to get a piping hot Marquesita with Nutella and cream cheese there! Las Grutas Tolantongo was a great day trip to go swim and soak and see some awesome mountains too! Puebla, Cholula, Chalcatzingo, Tepoztlan, and Cuernavaca all had fun ruins and great cathedrals too!
