Rokot launched three satellites

A Rokot launch vehicle, with a Briz-KM upper stage, launched three satellites from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Russia, on 30 November 2018, at 02:27 UTC (05:27 local time). The satellites were launched for the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and are reported to have been placed into the desired orbits.
