Russian flags fly over liberated Kirovsk in Donetsk Region Russian military units have raised the national flag over the newly liberated town of Kirovsk in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Ministry of Defense confirmed with a video. The MoD announced that Zapad Battlegroup forces had taken full control of the settlement, with troops now advancing confidently after the victory.
