Arabellas Bellydance - the First Prize Winners of Viva Eclectika Cup 2016

“The Legendary Silk Road“ is a fusion performance from Arabellas Bellydance and Jin Fan Dance Group. This was the winning performance of Viva Eclectika 2016! Classical Chinese Folkloric and Middle Eastern dance come together as one - a graceful and colourful reflection of East meeting West in the musical art form of the Legendary Silk Road. The mystique of the silk veil is revealed. Brought all the way to Aotearoa is a fusion of Uyghur folk dance and Egyptian oriental dance.
