Pre-fame Madonna Live - Emmy - Hothouse Flower (1980)

In 1980, Madonna left the band the Breakfast Club with her then-boyfriend drummer Stephen Bray and they formed the band Emmy & the Emmys. In 1981, Madonna obtained a recording contract with Gotham Management and then Sire Records in 1982. Madonna and Bray collaborated on many of her songs in the 1980s. #Madonna #Emmy #Punk
