Philadelphia Fire Department Medic 22 , spare Engine 903 serving as Pipeline 50 , Battalion 8 and Ladder 12 responding from quarters to 22nd street and Lehigh avenue for an accident . They arrived on locattion to a minor accident and requested police . Medic 22 handled with police . Engine 903 is a 1995 KME (Ex-Engine 10) . Pipeline 50 normally runs a 2012 KME and Medic 22 is a 2012 International TerraStar/Horton , Battalion 8 is a 2008 Ford Expedition and Ladder 12 is a 2007 ALF and are housed together at Park Avenue and Cambria street in North Philadelphia .
