Local Rice and Kebab is one of the most authentic and delicious dishes from the north of Iran, served alongside delicacies such as Salted Caspian kutum Roe, Walnuts, Fava Bean, and Marinated Olives. Note: To tenderize lamb meat, use grated raw tomato.
