Vegan Swedish Saffron Buns (Lussekatter): Tips & Tricks to make Delicious, Fluffy Vegan Saffron Buns
Maintaining our Swedish culture while living in the US is really important to us. One of my most important traditions is baking Saffron Buns in December (In Sweden we call these Lussekatter which roughly translates to Lucia Cats because of they look like cats and we eat them on St Lucia day... but for me, Saffron Buns are for all of December!)
