Stridsmølle Langdysser & Jættestue / Longbarrows & Passage Grave

WARNING! Dead animal inside the passage grave! (Graphic part have been censored 10:23 - 10:30). These tombs were built by farmers during the Stone Age, years ago. Barrows (Dolmens) are the oldest structures of stone in Denmark and an important person would have been buried in the central stone chamber. The monument indicated that a powerful tribe occupied this territory. The passage grave is a large communal tomb in whichseveral generations of the dead were laid to rest. In the Stone Age, the chamber was filled with skeletons and grave goods, such as flint axes and ornate pottery. Recorded with Sony Xperia 1V
