Laser (ILCA) upwind with hiking and sheeting focus in 15 knts wind 7/9/2022

Laser (ILCA) upwind practice in SF bay in 14-16 knts wind. The practice focus was extra hiking and easing the main sheet when hitting the waves to mitigate the impact. I tried hike harder than usual for this limited time of about 10 minutes for this practice.
