120 g caster sugar
60 g cake flour
7 egg yolks
3 egg whites
2 tablespoonful condense milk
1/2 teaspoonful vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoonful rempah lapis (mixed spices)
1/8 teaspoonful salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon aniseed
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
