Southend ’Machete Fight’ Captured in Disturbing Video

This disturbing footage was captured on Southend seafront on Tuesday night. The “machete fight” took place as a large number of young people headed to the city, reportedly to attend a beach party that had been advertised on TikTok. Some businesses locked their doors amid safety fears, as the disorder unfolded close to the popular Adventure Island theme park. Six people were arrested and weapons were seized. A Section 60 dispersal order was also imposed by Essex Police, which remains in place today.
