Ritchie Blackmore - Rocks with Deep Purple in 1987

Ritchie Blackmore and Deep Purple were supporting the 1986/87 release of ’The House Of Blue Light’ and were on their massive world tour. Whilst Ritchie was having a blast this evening in Paris, the rest of the band were still furious at the BBC who were recording the show - When they had released ’Perfect Strangers’ in 1984, the British TV network weren’t as supportive as they could have been - Purple had the last laugh when their tour was the biggest selling tour in 1985!
