The Grapesort Optical Sorter incorporates the most recent innovations in high-resolution 4 channel camera technology to precisely detect flaws in individual grapes. GRAPESORT OPTICAL SORTER FEATURES • State of the art software combined with Near Infrared Sensitivity (NIR) and RBG camera technology for extremely accurate color images of each grape at a rate of 600 images per second • Ability for the operator to determine the percentage of rejection based on color, shape or damage to the grapes • Open housing design and easy conveyor belt removal with pneumatic release allows for quick cleaning and maintenance • Operating speed can run up to 8 tons/hour depending on the quality of the fruit • Additional sorting of the fruit is not required reducing labor costs and minimizing the crush pad footprint
