After filming him more obviously the 2nd time I asked if there was a problem. He said no. He left. A Complexe-Desjardins employee that’s involved in maintenance, some times targets homeless passed by. I asked him if he knew the person that was there. He said he didn’t see him. Ref Oct 17 2019
