“Arknights: Children of Ursus is a 1993 anime OVA and the 3rd film in the Arknights series. The film acts as a prequel by telling the combined story of several minor recurring Rhodes Island Volunteers set during the events of Escape From Chernobog. Specifically, it concerns the origins of the all-girl “Ursus Student Self-government group“. Most are students of Peterheim middle school. They, and students from around the city, are forcefully relocated to the school by Reunion forces as a way to manage dissent and take hostages.
