Released by Tzadik in 2007, this is a compilation of music created by Teiji Ito, Maya Deren’s second husband. Most, if not all, of these compositions were meant for Deren’s film projects. She was a pioneer of experimental cinema and remains an extremely influential filmmaker to this day.
