Singapore tightens COVID-19 safety measures; similar to Phase 2 but ’not a circuit breaker’
From reducing the number of people allowed at social gatherings and household visits, to closing indoor gyms and fitness studios, Singapore will tighten COVID-19 safe-distancing measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the community. “This is not a circuit breaker,“ Minister Lawrence Wong said as he outlined the measures on Tuesday (May 4). “Effectively ... the measures will bring us back to Phase Two for a few weeks.“
