In this video, Magtutudlo Robert Parkes demonstrates one of the ways of training De Campo 1-2-3 Original’s Group 10 Hagad Hubad technique. Hagad means to offer or invite. Hubad means to unchain or undress. In this technique. if starting from ABIERTA (open guard), you present your hand as a target by striking at them with a forehand strike, and as the opponent goes to counterstrike your hand, you counter by switching your wrist from HAYANG (supine) to KULOB (prone), making their strike miss, and then immediately switch back to HAYANG to complete your own counterstrike to their hand or forearm (or head as a secondary option). If attacking with a backhand (not demonstrated here), you switch from KULOB to HAYANG to KULOB to execute the same manoeuvre from a SERRADA (closed) guard position.
