Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Festival 2021 | Villain Arts

We are back! After months of delays and reschedules, Villain Arts has made it back to it’s home town Philadelphia for the 2021 Philadelphia Tattoo Festival! This is the largest tattoo festival in the world! With over 1500 artists in attendance and ink masters everywhere! This after-movie is the longest video i’ve produced to date and has not just 1 tattoo model feature, but 2!
