Brixton violence: Former police officer claims mainstream media is ‘inciting mayhem’

Retired police officer Norman Brennan has criticised the mainstream media’s portrayal of police, claiming it is “inciting mayhem.” Speaking with talkRADIO’s Mike Graham, he said: “I believe that the mainstream media in Britain are stoking and inciting people to act disorderly on the streets of Britain. “It’s almost as though they would love it if there was wide scale public disorder so they could increase their circulation.” It comes after nearly 30 police officers were injured in south London last night
