This is titled “The Real Argentine Tango“ (what ever that means) and is danced by Andrea Meazza And Constance Seymour. It’s from the Pathé archives, and is silent - though the title card says it’s danced to “La Paloma“. I have set it to La Paloma sung by Giuseppe Danise in Italian.
