Growing up in rural KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa, Sinovuyo has faced tremendous hardship and adversity but running has always been there for him. Initially, it was an escape but over time, running taught him lessons in perseverance, determination and self-belief. “Gijima” (From Zulu.
