This vegan meal prep is a great way to get yourself set up for a successful week! I spend a few hours on Sunday prepping my meals and then I’m set! Please note that I eat MORE than is shown in this video– I eat loads of fruit and use these basics to get me going. I’ll use the veggies and grains as base ingredients for other recipes throughout the week.
