Russia: Ural engineer puts his ’Wolverine’ Lada on tank tracks

Pavel Shavrin, a Russian engineer from Ural, decided to equip his Lada car with tank tracks for an extreme performance in the snowy Ural country-side of Magnitogorsk, Tuesday. The engineer spent around 6 months and 100,000 roubles ($1,300 ,€890) to create the hybrid vehicle, which can reach speeds of up to 50 kmh (31 mph). The owner, Pavel Shavrin, called his Lada hybrid all-terrain snow vehicle the ’Wolverine’ and ordered tank tracks from one of the Ural manufacturing companies. Video ID: 20160216 051 Vi
