Now enjoy the Authentic Maharashtrian Missal with all accompaniments. #recipe #easyrecipe #youtube #namakshamak #maharashtra Ingredients Quantity For Dry Masala dry coconut 100 gm coriander seeds 1 tbsp dry red chillies 5-6 no’s Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp Cloves 8 no’s Cinnamon stick 1 inch Black pepper whole 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Poppy seeds 1 tbsp Curry leaves 6-7 no’s Salt to taste For misal. Oil ½ cup Cumin seeds ½ tsp Curry leaves 5-6 no’s Onion chopped 2 no’s Ginger and garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp Tomato chopped 3 no’s Salt to taste Red chilli powder 1 ½ tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Misal masala 3 tbsp Green chillies chopped 2 no’s Water 1 litre Moth beans sprouts 1 cup for potato mixture. oil 2 tbsp asafoetida 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 5-6 no’s Boiled potato 2 no’s Turmeric powder ½ tsp Salt to taste for assembling misal. Farsaan Potato Mixture Misal Tarri lemon wedges onion chopped Pav. Method:- For dry masala. 1. Heat up a Borosil triply kadai and add dry coconut, coriander seeds, dry red chillies, sesame seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper whole, cumin seeds, poppy seeds and curry leaves 2. now dry roast the masala till the aroma comes out. 3. then add the roasted masala into the mixer grinder. 4. now add salt and grind the masala into fine powder keep aside for further use. for misal. 1. heat up borosil triply kadai and add oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion chopped mix well and sauté for 2-3 mins. 2. now add ginger & garlic paste mix well and sauté for 2-3 mins. 3. then add tomato chopped and salt mix well and sauté for 5-6 mins. 4. further add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and misal masala mix well and sauté until oil release in it. 5. now add water mix well and bring to a boil. 6. then add moth beans sprouts mix well and cook for 10 mins. 7. remove the misal in a borosil serving bowl. 8. misal is ready to serve. 9. serve immediately. for potato mixture. 1. heat up borosil triply kadai add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves boiled potato, turmeric powder, salt mix and sauté it well. for assemble. 1. take 5 borosil vision katori 2.
