SALMON KABOBS.

Norwegian salmon kebab You can cook a delicious kebab from Norwegian salmon. And to do this is not at all problematic. Cooking method Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes; cut salmon into cubes put on skewers, salt, pepper, pour over with olive oil and lemon juice; leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
