The Poor Man’s Fretless Fader

I always loved the Fretless Fader idea, however I’m limited by the fact that my electronics and engineering skills are virtually zero, but where there’s will there’s a way! I was playing lego with my kids when it occurred to me how ridiculously logical is was that if you were going use any fader to adjust the pitch of a record then it’d be the pitch-fader, cut out the middle(midi)man and go straight to the source. Just a fun experiment but actually really effective :)
