Individual Goalkeeper Training, perfect for quarantine, part 2

Another individual session for Goalkeepers, this time we focus on lower body & specific GK movements. Again you can use specific apps (SwitchedOn etc.) to add a cognitive element (as we do on all our Academy sessions). Easy to perform, I use it as an extra training programme to add to my daily routine whether i focus on upper body or core or even coordination! I usually execute it after my warm up stretching routine! 🙏
