Gordon Banks saved the day

Gordon Banks was an English legend and one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time. He won England’s 1966 World Cup and many individual awards. In 1972, he faced Chelsea in the League Cup Final. The odds were in favor of The Blues but Banks and his Stoke City teammates were able to beat the odds and win the trophy. His saves, especially the last one were crucial.
