Exercises for Strong Wrists | Build Wrist Strength & Stability
These exercises aim to strengthen your wrist stability & strength. Strong wrists will always prevent injuries and pain, and you will be able to do more reps of whatever move you train - push ups, pull ups, or hold static exercises like planche or handstand much longer.
We often give up earlier during exercises not because we don’t have the strength anymore, but simply because the wrist pain becomes too big.
There are dozens of exercises which train the surrounding muscle groups and the muscle groups within your hand. At the same time, you must keep flexibility and mobility in your wrists. These strong-building exercises will highly influence your workout in only positive ways.
