Recipe:
900ml water
1 chapaghetti
2 eggs
250g tteokbokki rice cake
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp sugar
3 fish cake sheets
sesame seeds
1) Let sit the tteokbokki rice cake in water 10 minutes in luke warm water. Slice fish cake sheets in strips and boil eggs to your liking.
2) In a bowl mix gochujang, gochugaru and sugar.
3) Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Add rice cakes and the sauce from 2). Add fishcakes.
4) Add the chapaghetti flakes and powder. Stir well and add the noodles. Cook until noodles are done and let simmer for a few minutes.
5) Garnish with sesame seeds (optional) and enjoy with eggs 🥰
