TERA Kelsaik Solo Warrior - no HP pots or PvE HP regen gear

Warrior soloing Kelsaik in normal mode with no HP pots or PvE HP regen on gear (I have PvP set with stats rolled for that) and no expensive or hard-to-get buffs.
