Eswar Prasad talks about the decentralization of the U.S. dollar

In regards to the weaponization of the dollar, he says the dominance of the dollar does give the U.S. some geopolitical power, but high and rising levels of debt may portend negative effects on the dollar and the U.S. economy at large.
