RANDOM ASS ADVANCED LEFT FOOT GROOVE - Luke Holland

The Random Ass Advanced Left Foot Groove, frequently referred to as the RAALF-G, certainly lives up to its name. I put up this lesson in hopes to distract you guys from the current chaos in the world, but also to open the door to a technique that I use very frequently. Since moving to LA 2 years ago, I find myself jamming with Matt Garstka & always absorbing information from him. This was one of those techniques I absorbed (Kick, hihat foot, left hand, right on hihats) & have took it & ran with it. Hope it helps, & happy quarantining!
