This Note establishes a ban on the use of any types of assets and funds formed by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in International Trusts, International Funds, including funds intended to combat the pandemic and other global problems. This Note has the Highest Legal Status of the Highest Legislative Sovereign Act of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
