Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov criticised the West for telling Russia how it should behave, speaking at a joint press conference with his Brazilian counterpart Carlos Franca in Moscow on Wednesday. “No matter what we do in our own territory, the West feels entitled to tell us how we should behave.
