JAWA 2-stroke power tuning (Part 2) cylinder, piston, clutch improvements

Another little insight behind the scenes of my vintage 2-stroke steam machine brewery. In particular as some people asked me how the cylinder was made in more detail and where the piston came from. And why for god’s sake does the clutch survive the increased power?? Old Yamaha RD, MZ ETZ250 and Honda CR500 parts were used to get inspiration from and to reverse-engineer… But some things were simple made from scratch… Enjoy the little visual summary. Feel free to have a look into the Part 1 (including many other details) summary too: Finally, here is the result of all of it. Quite a powerful bike considering its profund age :-) And thanks for your positive comments!!!
