E-Bike Project : Lycra Racer

This is my DIY electric bike. Its powered by two 3cell lipo batteries (series), running thru a 200A speed controller which feeds a 170kv/3250W brushless motor (TGY Aerodrive Series 63-74). Currently due to gearing limitations and voltage I am running at ~30amps during maximum speed, still this pushes me and the bike to 48km/h on the flat. The batteries are rated to a 25-30C discharge rate so everything runs nice and cool at this may try machining an knurled case to wrap around the motor
