Amtrak Acela Express at Hamilton

Amtrak Acela Express 2126 races past the station at Hamilton followed minutes later by Train 2173 on the evening of Monday March 2nd 2020. I have no clue why 2173 is going slow when 2126 is doing full track speed of 130 mph.
