The knife is in Very Good Condition, the sheath shows Very Little Vintage Wear as can be seen in the pictures. It is made of hard plastic with the Gillette logo on one side and in very tiny letters on the opposite side it reads USA. I had a very hard time getting a decent picture of the sheath, it is genuine Gillette and bears the Gillette logo. The knife blade is interchangable with another Gillette knife blade. The spring mechanism to change the blade works as it should and shows normal tension. The condition of the knife is Very Good as can be seen in my pics.
