Heaviest ringing Bell on Earth (25,100 kg)

The first ringing of the biggest ringing church bell in the world with kg or 55534lbs. This is similar in weight to about five fully grown elephants. The video shows the first sounds, the bell was able to create at our foundry in Innsbruck. Later, the bell will hang at a straight yoke and swing with a rising clapper in Romania’s new Cathedral of Bucharest. The biggest bell was cast on the 11th of November 2016. The casting time was only about 9 minutes. The preparation for this masterpiece, however, took almost a full year.
