Dollhouse Rehab Project: Royal Oak Shoppes

(Missing music for: the beginning, jewelry store, butcher shop, and bakery) This was a one-of-a-kind dollhouse that my husband and I purchased for rehabbing. Previously, we completed two dollhouse kits. This is our first attempt at rehabbing an existing house. It is four stories and originally had 14 rooms! We have long admired other people’s store/restaurant room boxes, so we decided to make this structure into a couple of retail spaces rather than living spaces. Walls were removed and some moved. To accommodate new windows and attempt symmetry we enlarged window openings, closed off some doors and extended the wall height in the attic spaces.
